With the "Feel Happy" formula you can cancel your holiday up to 7 days before the arrival date without incurring any penalty .
For cancellations beyond the established limit, only the deposit equal to 30% of the amount of your stay will be retained as a penalty, except for extraordinary cancellations "Cause Covid" , such as impediments in travel or confirmed contagion from Covid-19, in which if this amount will be, at your choice, returned or converted into a voucher of equal value.
